As families are looking forward to welcoming the year of the snake and gathering over reunion dinners, restaurants throughout Singapore are getting ready to welcome them. Hotel Fort Canning has unveiled “The Jasmine Room”, their pop-up Lunar New Year restaurant overlooking lush greenery with floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
The Cantonese Lunar New Year Celebration menu includes CNY favourites of Prosperity Yu Sheng, Golden Wasabi Prawns, Braised Sea Cucumber with Fried Golden Oysters & Flower Mushroom, Braised Whole Abalone and much more. Tables of four to ten people are available.
