We’re currently planning a trip to the Big Island of Hawaii in December to celebrate our three year wedding anniversary, and have been researching all the activities that we’d like to experience during our romantic stay. We managed to find reasonable direct flights from YVR to KOA via WestJet, and we’ll be staying at the Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa in Kona, a brand we’re very loyal to thanks to SPG points.

Apart from Kona coffee tasting, exploring active volcanoes, snorkeling amongst sea turtles, body-boarding if the surf’s up, and breathing balmy tropical air, we’re most excited about basking in the Hawaiian sunshine, discovering secluded powdery-soft white sandy beaches and swimming the warm turquoise waters together…
