Attention seafood lovers: The Sensational Seafood Buffet is making its triumphant return to Singapore’s Ellenborough Market Café! Every evening from March 15 through 31, on the lobby level of Swissôtel Merchant Court, dive into an extravagant spread of oceanic delights.
Start your meal with fresh cold favorites such as snow crab, scallops and lobster. And for a taste of Japan, enjoy a scrumptious selection of sashimi. Plenty of seafood salads, along with hot soups such as seafood bouillabaisse and crab bisque are also offered for appetizers.
Main dishes consist of stir fry flavors like crunchy prawns with celery in traditional xo sauce and black pepper bamboo clams. You most definitely will not want to miss out on tasting the popular chilli crab with mantou. Alongside these tempting items, discover Ellenborough Market Café’s local and Peranakan (Nonya) specialties such as the savory oyster omelette, Penang fried kway teow, ayam (chicken) buah keluak and babi (pork) pongteh.
For dessert, delight in an assortment of sweet treats like the light and fluffy mango mousse cake, rich crème brûlée and Ellenborough Market Café’s signature durian pengat – a pungent yet pleasing dish.
