New Extreme Attraction: EdgeWalk At The CN Tower

Canada’s National Tower will soon open its new extreme attraction, EdgeWalk at the CN Tower. The first of its kind in North America, EdgeWalk is the world’s highest full circle hands-free walk on a 5 ft (1.5 m) wide ledge encircling the top of the CN Tower’s main pod, 356m, (1168 ft , 116 stories) above the ground. This adrenalin-fueled experience will allow thrill seekers to walk the edge of one of the world’s greatest man-made wonders beginning August 2011.

Toronto’s tallest extreme urban adventure will be experienced on the roof of the CN Tower’s 360 Restaurant, starting next week (9am-8pm August, and 10am-6pm September to October). The EdgeWalk will include a 1.5 hour total experience with a 20-30 minute outdoor walk.

Tickets are $175 and include keepsake video, photos, certificate of achievement and re-entry to CN Tower. You will also receive a Total Tower Experience Ticket which includes access to Look Out, Glass Floor, Sky Pod, Movie and Motion Theatre Ride.
