An assortment of affordably priced noodles are available at 8 Noodles including, Pork Rib Mee Sua – containing a very thin variety of salted Chinese noodles, similar to vermicelli except they’re made from wheat flour instead of rice.

The Wanton Noodle Soup comprises of plump handmade dumplings enveloping an entire fresh prawn with al dente noodles in a clean-tasting broth. And below you’ll find a signature item at 8 Noodles, the Fish Udon in Herbal Soup – springy thick threads made with fresh fish meat and flour steeped in a comforting herbal broth with red dates and wolf berries.

Other notable choices for dishes are Hakka-style Braised Minced Pork Noodles, Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and Dan Dan Noodle Soup.
